I co-founded sinusoda.com and led soundofyou.eu – where I blended business strategy with creative leadership, driving significant results. I was making it all work alongside my position at SDE Media & Events.

  • Soundofyou.eu: Grew the company to a 15% social media market share across Europe in three years. By optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads, I reduced advertising costs to just 5-7% of margins while still maintaining a 20% gross margin. The company generated €1M in revenue over the same period.

  • Sinusoda.com: Oversaw the launch of a second production batch and worked towards establishing a direct-to-consumer webshop, with plans for growth in 2025.

  • I managed audits, redesigns, migrations, and tech stack projects for Leicastore.pl and 6x7.com.pl, which will launch in April 2025.
