About the project:
As Co-Owner, Creative Director, and Operations Lead at Photokitchen.eu (2010–2014), I played a key role in establishing the studio as a high-end retouching and CGI service provider for top-tier advertising agencies and photographers. I managed both creative direction and operations, ensuring a balance between artistic excellence and efficient project execution.
Leading a team of outsourced specialists, I refined workflows to handle increasingly complex projects while maintaining premium quality. My role also involved building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
