Approach / Process:
Led the migration of Leicastore.pl from WooCommerce to Atomstore, integrating Subiekt (accounting & stock management) and Baselinker to improve operations.
Conducted market analysis and risk/return assessment to ensure a profitable transition and long-term scalability.
Managed the project, overseeing:
The internal Leica team
Two external teams—one for frontend development, the other for backend implementation
Designed and implemented a new UX/UI, staying fully aligned with Leica’s official brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency and premium positioning.
Trained an internal Leica team member, ensuring they could independently manage and maintain the platform after project completion.
Project Impact / Results:
Set to launch in April/May 2025, pending final implementation.
Ensured seamless brand compliance with Leica’s global standards, keeping the webshop in line with official corporate identity guidelines.
Migration will enable future European expansion, making the webshop competitive beyond Poland.
Improved operational efficiency by integrating inventory, accounting, and order management into a streamlined system.
Successfully transferred knowledge and expertise to an internal team member, securing long-term platform sustainability.
