Approach / Process:
Led the migration of a renowned Polish photo equipment webshop from WooCommerce to Atomstore, integrating Subiekt (accounting & stock management) and Baselinker for streamlined operations.
Conducted market analysis and risk/return assessment before making the migration decision, ensuring a profitable and scalable transition.
Managed the entire project, coordinating:
The internal 6x7 team
Two external companies—one handling frontend development, the other responsible for backend implementation
Designed and implemented a new UX/UI, improving the webshop’s usability and conversion potential.
Oversaw the setup of a modern tech stack, ensuring better performance, automation, and scalability.
Project Impact / Results:
Set to launch in April/May 2025, pending final implementation.
Migration will expand 6x7 beyond Poland, making it competitive in European markets.
Improved e-commerce efficiency with an integrated inventory, accounting, and order management system.
Established a scalable foundation for future growth, improving customer experience and operational stability.
